To meet the demands of our students, schools, parents, and partners, WINGS is offering more summer programming than we ever have before - and it feels good! 

Through our partnership with The YMCA of Metro Atlanta, WINGS is working with the Y staff to incorporate social emotional learning into three of their summer camp sites. During this past school year, WINGS and the Y worked together on learning and implementing our best practices into their afterschool programming. So, it seemed like a natural progression for both to slide right into summer! Together, we're serving 100+ students daily. 

In partnership with Lexington-Richland 5 school district, our Harbison West Elementary leaders are working with teachers in the district to infuse the summer reading camp with social emotional learning, our Words to Live By, and a lot of fun! 

To stop the summer learning slide, WINGS, Metanoia, Charleston Promise Neighborhood, and Charleston County School District have come together to provide summer camp at Chicora Elementary School for more than 100 students. We love when we have the opportunity to partner with our friends at CPN and Metanioa and CCSD - and summer is the perfect time to do so!
