Student Enrollment Form

Want to enroll your student in a WINGS afterschool program? You're in the right place. 

  • Make sure your student attends a participating school. See the list of schools under Current Schools and Contact Information below. 
  • Click the green "Sign Up Now" button. This will take you to our online enrollment form.
  • Please submit one enrollment form per student.
  • Once you've submitted your enrollment forms(s), you will be notified in 5-7 days if your student as been enrolled.
